SUPPLIER, Acrea AB, Svärdvägen 21, SE-182 33 Danderyd, Sweden. SYSTEM VENDOR, the SUPPLIER, or other legal entity granted the right to distribute SYSTEM to the CUSTOMER on behalf of the SUPPLIER. CUSTOMER, a legal entity that has purchased SYSTEM licenses as of a valid SYSTEM LICENSE AGREEMENT. SYSTEM SOFTWARE LICENSE, terms and conditions defined in a SYSTEM LICENSE AGREEMENT for the CUSTOMER's use of SYSTEM LIBRARY/LIBRARIES. SYSTEM LICENSE AGREEMENT, a valid SYSTEM Software Purchase Model License agreement or SYSTEM Software Rental Model License agreeement between the SYSTEM VENDOR and the CUSTOMER. SYSTEM LIBRARY/LIBRARIES, package(s) of software provided by the SYSTEM VENDOR within the SYSTEM software, and that execute under software license terms as of section "2.
