Workflows, incidents and whistle blowing
Configure and manage different types of events
Easily create and manage all types of events you want to work with, such as customer complaints, GDPR deviations, IT incidents, and more.
Define how different event types are to be handled in different workflows. Set up who can report, what can and must be reported, who are resolvement agents, auto-monitoring of start times and end times, automatic notifications, case management conditions, links to risks and activities, and much more.
Enable different reporting options for different user categories.
Set whether reporters are allowed follow their cases.
Set by event type if anonymous reporting is allowed. EIT then anonymizes all data associated with the person reporting an event, and there is no support in EIT to track who the reporter is.
Import events, such as IT incidents, from other systems or files you use manually today.
Agents and workflows
EIT automatically monitors when events are reported and which agents (including external, such as consultants, suppliers and partners) to be notified.
If new persons are registered or change positions in the organization, EIT automatically checks if the persons are connected to agent resolvement groups and notifies them. Organization data is usually synced to EIT from a data source, resulting in full automation of agent management, even at organizational changes.
Search, sort, filter and group event data in different ways. Make selections to view all event reporting, within different categories, countries, departments, business roles, persons, products, services, processes, systems, information, or other selections.
View different charts, statistics, and event reporting details. Easily save and update your favorite report settings.
Enable support for managers to easily do follow-up of their part of the organization.
Easily manage who are agents for event types, individual steps in event types, who are administrators, what events managers may follow up, what information a reporter may view after reporting an event, and more.
